Meet your crew from our latest Community Massage Clinic last Saturday - just a part of our 13 member team who put so much heart (and time! and energy!) into these events.
One very sweet part of our clinics that happens behind the scenes is the time we spend together before our first and last sessions of the day. Part of our care for you is a care for each other and this project itself. Before we begin we do somatic practice together, we make requests of each other and offer support, and we close the day together with a recap of celebrations and learnings, refinements for the future. We also take time to connect with why we do this and all the people and experiences that make it possible - including you, including our teachers, including Mel and Megan and Hayley and Gabi who built this model 10 years ago, including all of us. We hope you can feel the love pouring through!

Feeling big gratitude for and their crew! It feels so good to have our clinics in a place where so much deep, communal, liberatory work is happening. Thank you for being a space for all of this and all of us. ❤️🔥
One more clinic to go this season - December 6! We'd love to complete this season - and our 10th(!!) year - by offering you our sweet blend of massage and rest in the nest of community care.

Rest is a key part of our community bodywork sessions - to honor the body's need for space, and to be in a community where slowness, safety, and care - where bodies in their unencumbered state - are valued and protected.
We're so grateful to be a part of providing skillful, compassionate care in community. We see this as a form of sustenance that helps us take time, restore, and keep going in the midst of hard times. Our massage therapists and integration guides and front desk welcome crew are all here, working together to make this possible for ourselves, each other, and for you.
We have just a few spots left for our clinic this Saturday - booking in the bio, sliding scale for all sessions and PWYC community fund support available.

Our next Community Massage Clinic is this Saturday, Nov 1, and we have just a few (mask optional*) spots left - all of which are available for support from our community fund!
We need spaces where we can feel safe enough to slow down, rest, and be cared for - spaces where we can do this together. It's so meaningful to us to be able to provide such a space. Our clinic team cares well for each other, and we bring that collective support to each session with you - working with you to help ease discomfort and stress, and tucking you in for cozy guided rest.
Community massage sessions are sliding scale $55-100 and community funded pay-what-you-can-spots are available. Booking and community fund form are in the you-know-where!
*Fully masked sessions are still available on Dec 6!
