As a native to Durham, I spent over 35 years in the Corporate Banking industry educating my clients with a "hands on approach" to finances before becoming a licensed massage therapist. Transitioning to massage therapy was, in many ways, an intuitive process, given the emotional and private nature of finances. Energized by this new chapter in my life, I graduated with honors from Raleigh Medical Arts School (now Gwinnet College) and am proficient in the basic modalities, Prenatal, and Warm Stone. I’m currently studying Reflexology and plan to become certified in various other therapies such as Cupping. My self care includes spending time with my two fabulous children, my family, and my friends. I also love to travel (especially to the beach!), practice yoga and meditation, and exercise (Pure Barre, weights, Zumba).
