Caring for your Crown before a Crown Cover Sewin includes:
-cleansing the scalp
-deep conditioning(necessary treatments)
-trimming ends if necessary
-scalp treatment (Sunflower Rain Oil)
-leave in conditioner
-massage in the Sunflower Rain Oil pull the the ends to seal in the leave in conditioner
-proper foundation
Caring for your crown during the Crown Cover Sewin includes:
-keeping the scalp clean and healthy (create a cleaning regimen)
-moisturize the strands (add sunflower rain oil to the scalp and braids and massage throughly)
-protect at night (silk or satin scarf)
-duration of the sewing should be longer than 2/1/2 months to avoid tangling and breakage
-be gentle with styling (spray heat protectors before heated tools)
