🩵 Buy a fidget spinner to keep your fingers occupied
🩵 Avoid mirrors or set a timer for how long you can look into a mirror
🩵 Buy finger cots to keep your fingers covered
🩵 Wear gloves when bored or sitting watching tv
🩵 Apply vaseline or vitamin E oil to fingers to prevent a slip that wont allow for easy grabbing
🩵 Dont feel bad when you have a moment of picking, just remember to stay calm and try to stop
🩵 Keep any open wounds clean and free of bacteria exposure
