QUICK REMINDER 🚨 Spring Break is only one month away which means if you want to get waxed it’s time to grow that hair out! No shaving or tweezing for the month! And if your hair is already grown out that’s EVEN BETTER! If you’ve never waxed before it’s best to get 1 or 2 waxes before any kind of trip or event so that you get the best result possible ❤️

WINTER IS THE BEST TIME TO START WAXING! It’s easier to let the hair grow out and by the time spring rolls around you’ll be getting the best results from waxing! No more last minute spontaneous swimming shave sessions.
It usually takes 4-5 consistent waxes to really achieve totally smooth skin that lasts for weeks. The hair grows in different cycles so after your first couple of waxes it’s normal to have tiny hairs left behind that weren’t long enough for the wax to grab. With consistent waxes, and proper aftercare the more you wax, the more the hair starts to grow in together so when you wax it all comes out together so you have weeks of smooth skin.

PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS ✨
Having a good aftercare routine is the most important part of waxing!
Exfoliating and moisturizing correctly are the only way to get a good result every wax, and to keep skin clear, and healthy.

There are so many good products out right now for waxed skin, I always have a hard time picking some to recommend! These are my go to favorites that I feel like work for almost everyone.

Typically I recommend
✨physical exfoliator- every other day
✨chemical exfoliator- 3-4x week
✨moisturizer- daily!
✨Finipil -I tell people finipil is optional but if you want to slow hair growth, use daily!

My name is Hannah🩷 I opened Kitsch Waxing Studio last November after waxing for the last 10 years! Waxing to me is so much more than my job, it really is such an important part of my life and I’m so passionate about it. I love meeting women of all body types, skin types, and hair types and help them feel more confident and free themselves of having to deal with shaving everyday!

My weekend availability is limited but it’s there!

In the future I will definitely expand my Sunday hours, and be open every Sunday. But for now, since it is limited I’m expecting my Sundays to fill up fast so definitely book now if you are one of those who have been asking me for weekend spots!

First time underarm wax ✨

Bleeding is normal after a wax (especially a first time!) and is actually a good thing, it means we grabbed the hair from the root 🫧

Look how well her hair came out! I’m amazed sometimes by how well my wax grabs even shorter, course hairs 🫧
