Hiring – Flexible Part-Time / PRN Position

AIM Health (Eagle Mountain) is looking for a reliable, motivated person to help at our front desk and assist with clinic, administrative, and light marketing tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone in school with a lighter schedule who is interested in healthcare!

What the role includes:
• Greeting patients & answering phones
• Scheduling appointments & basic office tasks
• Assisting with simple clinical duties (we will train)
• Helping with marketing tasks (social media, content, outreach, etc.)
• Helping keep the clinic organized and running smoothly

Details:
• PRN to part-time hours (flexible)
• Opportunity to grow into more hours over time
• Entry-level pay (based on experience)

We’re looking for someone who is:
• VERY reliable and shows up on time
• Friendly, professional, and confident talking with people
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Able to stay motivated and find ways to help when things are slow
• Comfortable jumping in and completing tasks once trained, without needing constant direction.

This is a great position for someone wanting real-world experience in a healthcare setting and the chance to grow with a clinic.
