My heart is so full after this weekend's bridal yoga class. 🤍
Watching a group of friends slow down, laugh together, breathe together, and celebrate such a special season of life is pure magic.
Thank you, Delaney, for your kind words and for inviting me to be part of your bridal weekend. Wishing the bride much love and happiness in this next chapter. ✨

This morning I had the honor of guiding a beautiful bridal yoga and Reiki experience by the lake. 🌿✨
We moved, breathed, laughed, relaxed, and took time to slow down before a weekend full of celebration.
Congratulations to the beautiful bride! 🤍 Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of such a special season in your life.
These moments always remind me why I do this work. Watching a group of women arrive carrying stress and leave feeling grounded, connected, and peaceful is pure magic.
Now if you'll excuse me, Reiki took everything I had this morning and I'm officially running on coffee and good vibes. ☕️😂

Some people inherit cabins.
I inherited a love for this river.

Learning to love myself—and realizing I’m actually a pretty cool person.

When Silas got cancer, I stopped showing up here the way I used to.
Because real life needed me more.
And I don’t regret that for a second.
But through it all, yoga stayed with me—it grounded me, carried me, and reminded me who I am.
So now I’m stepping back into this space with a different kind of energy.
Stronger. Clearer. Less filtered.
Fully and unapologetically 🤍
This space is mine again.
Let’s flow 🌿

Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions we can experience as human beings. At its heart, it is love — a deep appreciation for what is already here.
When we practice gratitude, something shifts inside us. Our bodies settle, our minds soften, and the grip of anger or fear loosens. Those emotions may still exist, but gratitude changes the atmosphere of the moment.
The more we return to gratitude, the more space we create for connection, peace, and love. And that’s a pretty beautiful way to move through the world. 💚
Just for today 🫶

Hold up a moment.
Take a deep breath.
Think of a gratitude
Ok thanks for your time! 🥰

The world feels heavy lately.
There’s a lot of noise.
A lot of heartbreak.
A lot of opinions.
And I keep coming back to this:
Keep your thoughts close to home.
Send your prayers upward.
Tend to what’s in front of you.
We are not meant to carry the whole world on our backs. We can care deeply and still understand that we can only do what we can do.
Love your people well.
Check on your neighbor.
Breathe before you respond.
Step outside and feel the air.
The small things matter.
The way your coffee tastes in the quiet.
The way your kid laughs.
The way your body softens after exhale.
The way the light hits the snow.
When we practice seeing the small good, it becomes easier to believe there’s bigger good too.
You’re allowed to hold grief and gratitude in the same hands.
You’re allowed to protect your peace.
You’re allowed to rest.
Stay close to home.
Send your prayers up.
Do what you can.
Just for today. 🤍🌲
Sometimes the most radical thing we can do is step into a quiet space and let our shoulders drop and love each other.
Message me if you need your nervous system reset.
We’ll keep it simple. We’ll keep it real. 🤍

Tea time reminder ☕🌿
My boundaries are an act of care — for me and for you.
Peace isn’t selfish. It’s sacred. ✨
