Knowledge is key, right?! I feel like I am an excellent resource for curly clients. Think of me as an encyclopedia. (I think I have just dated myself.) I am full of knowledge and together, we will figure out the BEST routine for you! Second to knowledge is the willingness to try new things. And I’m not saying just one time. Trying something multiple times to see how your hair behaves on average. We have all had those days of amazing hair, when we didn’t do anything different. The hair gods just answered our prayers that day. And trying to replicate it seems nearly impossible. Thirdly, remember that we are not striving for perfection. Our hair is perfectly imperfect on our best days. Stop micro-analyzing your curls and step back from the mirror to look at the big picture. We are gorgeous EXACTLY how we are. We’re just trying to find a little embellishment. 😉
