This patient came in needing a mild correction and refinement. I focused on filling areas with volume deficits, adding subtle height through the center where her lips naturally tapered, and smoothing out unevenness for a softer, more balanced result. A natural transformation that took these lips to smooth and cohesive. Previous work was not mine.

I don’t always reach for a Russian lip technique, but when I do… 😮‍💨 Her features could carry it beautifully. Strong eyes, defined structure, and a jawline that balances a fuller lip without overpowering her face. We added height, shape, and softness while still keeping everything harmonious.

Custom lips will always be one of my favorite treatments. No two sets are ever injected the same. Every patient has unique anatomy, different features, and different goals and creating balance while honoring all of that is where the artistry comes in. Sometimes I really have to tap into advanced techniques to achieve the result we’re after and this set came together beautifully. Results like this remind me why I love what I do. This job never gets old.

Old filler can always use a revamp even if it was done by a previous provider. This patient came in with older filler that caused the Cupid’s bow to round out and the lip to slightly curl under due to placement. I used the existing structure as a base and fine-tuned it with precise placement to better define shape and support her natural anatomy, all while staying aligned with her goals.
