Welcome to Lani’s Alabaster Box, my name is Melelani (Lani); I’m here to spread God’s word and be an inspiration/supporter through life! I’m a 20 something adult discover the deeper meaning of God’s words from what I was taught, and here I’ll share what I have learned. I’m sure everyone has heard the story of Mary Magdalene; Just as she had washed Jesus’s feet and dried them with her hair, she used her most expensive oils in her alabaster box…I too, wish to use my knowledge and experience in life to worship Jesus, God & the Holy Sprit. I will do this by pouring my most expensive oils as well!

So much has happened to me in the beginning of my 20’s…I’ve had personal/family issues, health scares, and career struggles; therefore God lead me to this (Content Creating). With Vlogs, Blogs, and post on all social media platforms, I’ll share my knowledge of not only God’s words, also the knowledge he has given me on my health journey. God has guided me in more ways then one in my 20’s and I’m so very blessed!

I’ve had symptoms of PCOS & Endometriosis, so God lead me to so many sites and so many videos on how to cope with these symptoms; so I’m here to share what I’ve learned dietary wise, the simple products we place upon our skin, and exercises…that I have experimented with. I was also diagnosed with diabetes, so I’ll be experimenting with a lot of dietary restrictions when it come to cooking (if you are interested in those comment “Cooking”) which is something I truly enjoy!

I’m a South Carolina licensed Cosmetologist; so I love all things hair & beauty. I’ve learned that with some of my health issues even the slightest, most simplest products can change your hormones and skin; therefore I’d love to share the clean, non-toxic products I find; (If you are interested in this comment “Clean Beauty”) cause I’d enjoy and love to share my knowledge!

The Lord has always been in my life; even when I would backslide, when I adventured in different beliefs…God was and has always been there. Now I do not claim to know the whole bible front to back; but I have noticed a lot that I was taught in churches & bible groups never felt right. Like celebrating Jesus’s birth on Christmas which was (and is still based on) a pagan holiday & traditions (trust me, it hurt to learn this cause Christmas is my favorite holiday…we just celebrate it differently now). There’s many more I’ve learned and continuing to learn (if you are interested comment “Christianity”) My heart is open to all who would love to know!

All I ask from you is to be kind and understanding, I’m not here to pressure or push anything onto anyone. I just want to share my life experiences and hopefully make an impact & change a few lives for the better. Weather that be with my lifestyle post, my beauty blogs/vlogs, and/or my Christian knowledge I learn along the way!
