More excitement celebrating life a Solstice at East Amherst ~Culture week Colombian style !

Our Wellness goals include exercise with lite weighs. Our residents attend our classes lead by newly certified instructors who assist with low impact techniques that help is all stay healthy. Join us!

Our monthly community Culture Week was focused on Colombia! Games, food, heritage, beverages, music and trivia. What an interesting time learning different ways of life from around the globe. Red, Yellow and Blue filled our halls as a tribute to their beautiful flag.

Today, we commemorate freedom and recognize the resilience, culture, and contributions of Black Americans. Let’s celebrate, reflect, and continue to move forward together.

Our summer concert series began with Rockin' Robin this season. Nothing but toe-tapping music, dancing and making friends at Solstice at East Amherst. Join us next month on Wednesday, July 15th to see a Buffalo favorite- the 104 Country Band !

Creating patriotic decorations for our apartment doors together! 250 years of Freedom in the U.S.A. will be celebrated all summer long in our community.

Nothing is more relaxing than watercolor painting with our friends! Our activities and events are a great way for our residents to connect with the people around them.
