Merry Christmas & Namaste!!!

I just spent the last four days studying philosophy, Sanskrit and learning my new level 4 poses. Don’t worry if you come to take Friday yoga with me I won’t make you do these. (or will I 😈??) I have been so nervous about this training, it was such a huge commitment, 40 hours in 4 days, so much information and I would have to learn a whole new language??? I not only survived but I also came out of this one excited!!! Only 40 more hours until I have my 200! I’m getting close😃
