Wild Sunflower Massage is a Licensed Massage Therapy provider. I specialize in functional massage, SMRT, and Lymphatic Drainage! Thanks for stopping by!
My name is Sarah, I am the proud owner of Wild Sunflower Massage, formerly The Traveling Sunflowers! I was born in La Junta, CO, and grew up all over Colorado. I spent 3 years in Arizona and attended 2 years of Massage School in Phoenix between 2 schools. My husband, Mike and I, graduated in March of 2016 and moved back to La Junta, CO. Sarah has been providing restorative relief for her clients since September 2016! Sarah's massage technique combines several modalities and helps provide restorative motion and quality of life. However, if you are looking for a specific modality I can provide a more focused treatment as well. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Hey y’all,
Life has struck—and struck hard. I’ve been trying for a while to figure out how to make it all work, and now, how to word this letter. I’m still not sure I’m getting it right. Part of that is because I don’t even know what the future holds.
I have always been open and honest with you, and I don’t plan to change that now. So here goes.
I will be spending most of March and April at my mom’s in Moffat. She needs significant help sorting through the belongings and mess left behind by everyone who has touched that property over the past 42 years. If I come home in that time frame, I will let y'all know so we can squeeze in some sessions!
When I return, I’m not sure what my situation will look like. I may no longer have a house in the Denver area, and at a minimum, it sounds like I won’t have my office space. I know things are hard for everyone right now. It seems there are more bills coming in than money available to cover them. That certainly seems to be the case for us as well.
We are currently doing everything we can to keep my husband employed with USPS and to find a living situation that is more sustainable for our income. There was (and may still be) a possibility of moving out of state, but we haven’t been able to secure the necessary trade and housing to make that happen. We are holding on to our house for as long as we can, but financially, things are not going well.
That being said…
I would truly love to get as many of you as possible—especially those with gift certificates and prepaid sessions—on my table before March. Please take a look at my schedule between now and then, and if you see an opening, grab it.
If I do lose my office space and am still in Denver when I return, I may be able to work from my home or potentially offer some mobile sessions. For anything remaining after that, I will do my best to issue refunds, though it may take some time. I ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate this uncertain season.
As always, thank you for your support.
