Every morning I’ve been doing two simple things before coffee:
🥄 A shot of olive oil + fresh lemon
🥃 A collagen shot
Here’s why 👇
Olive Oil + Lemon
Extra virgin olive oil is rich in polyphenols and healthy fats that support:
• Skin barrier function
• Gut health
• Anti-inflammatory balance
• Hormone support
Adding fresh lemon gives you vitamin C, which helps:
• Support liver detox pathways
