We created a customized volume cat-eye using fluffy fans, starting with 9’s in the inner corners and gradually going all the way to 13’s on the outer corners. 😍

The result? Fluffy volume with a soft, natural finish that perfectly complements her gorgeous green eyes! 💚✨
