I know the money piece is a common favorite in balayage. I get it. It creates quite the statement. But I think my favorite area to hand paint my highlights is the hairline. Whether I lightly skim or lay it down heavier, the end result is super soft, with a beautiful grow out.

At the Atlanta airport and ready to board for my flight home. Each of my experiences with Candy Shaw, Sunlights Pro and now La Coupe French hair cutting, have kicked my ass. But it the best way possible. I told a table of Sunnies that I have concluded the intensity I feel is due to a level of standard I might have never known before. Every person I have learned with along side me, and every educator I have gained knowledge from, have brought their absolute A game. We could choose a multitude of educators and systems, yet we challenge ourselves for classes from the best. For us. We are not for everyone. But the like-minded, like-energied humans I come across with each class reminds me to continue to level up every chance I get. The icing on the cake? -The new friends I meet along the way, and they are gold. Once again feeling grateful I found my Sunny family, and can’t wait until my next opportunity to be in their company.
