A Quick Reminder + What’s Ahead
Hi everyone,
With April just around the corner, I wanted to send a quick reminder about the updates that will be going into effect.
Beginning April 1, sessions will include expanded care options such as red light therapy, intraoral/buccal work, Eco-Fin treatments, and specialty oil selections — all integrated into your session time rather than offered separately.
This shift reflects how I approach your care: not as a list of add-ons, but as a fully customized session based on what your body needs that day.
A NOTE ON PRICING
With these changes, session rates will also be updated beginning April 1.
This is not simply a price increase — it’s a shift in value.
Your time on the table now includes a broader range of techniques, tools, and clinical decision-making without having to choose or pay for each element individually.
This shift allows your session to remain streamlined, comprehensive, and focused entirely on what your body needs — without added decisions or separate fees.
My goal is always to provide thoughtful, effective care that evolves alongside my training and experience — and to make that care as seamless as possible for you.
WHAT I’LL BE DIVING INTO NEXT
In the coming weeks, I’ll be starting another advanced continuing education focused on the muscles and movement of the jaw, face, and surrounding areas.
This will be my third training in this area — and the most clinically in-depth yet.
Rather than just learning new techniques, this training focuses on understanding why tension develops and how it connects to things like clenching, grinding, headaches, neck tightness, and overall movement patterns in the body.
This means your sessions will continue to evolve — becoming even more specific, intentional, and results-focused over time.
SCHEDULING UPDATES + AVAILABILITY
As many of you know, my schedule has been filling more quickly.
If you are someone who comes in regularly or would like more consistent care, I encourage you to reach out about securing a recurring appointment time.
If you’re trying to book and don’t see availability online, please make sure to use the waitlist feature in ClinicSense.
When you join the waitlist, you’ll be notified as soon as an opening becomes available that matches your preferences — and you’ll have the opportunity to claim that spot right away.
I also offer a limited number of after-hours appointments (evenings and weekends) for those who need to get in sooner.
These appointments are available for an additional fee and tend to fill quickly. If you’re interested, please contact me directly to check availability.
Thank you, as always, for your continued trust in my care.

✨ Now Offering: Bamboo Facial & Buccal Integration Therapy ✨
I’m excited to share a new upper-body specialty now available at Cork & Bamboo Wellness — Bamboo Facial & Buccal Integration Therapy.
This is an extensive, clinically focused yet deeply relaxing massage therapy session designed to address chronic tension held in the head, face, mouth, neck, shoulders, upper chest, and scalp — areas that often contribute to migraines, tension headaches, teeth grinding, jaw holding, and persistent upper-body discomfort.
These sessions start at 90 minutes and include:
• a warm Eco-Fin hand & arm treatment
• hands-on facial and neck soft-tissue work
• warm bamboo techniques for the face, neck, chest, shoulders, and scalp
• gentle facial and neck cupping
• clinically focused intraoral (buccal) work (performed with gloves)
• cooling techniques after deeper work
• extensive scalp work, with an optional hot oil pour
• hot towels and grounding finishing work
This service is not a head spa, but it offers that same level of deep nervous-system calming — paired with a more therapeutic, massage-based approach. It’s designed for those who need more than surface-level relaxation and are looking for meaningful relief as well as deep rest.
Given the stress many of us are carrying right now, taking care of your body and nervous system matters more than ever. Massage is one way to support that, alongside other practices like movement, breath, journaling, time outdoors, and staying connected to community.
