So I hear it’s National Balayage Week 👀👂🏽. Perfect timing, because I have a question…
How many of us have a fully blonde or heavily highlighted guest who decided they want more of a balayage look? 🙋
It happens with me behind the chair pretty often, actually. And, I always like to give my guest two options.
I could create that look artificially by adding low lights to what they already have.
Or
Allow their base color to grow out for a few months before we touch up there blonde again.
This guest here chose option B. She let months to pass, allowing her natural base to grow out. Then we were able to create that balayage look without the need of a dimensional highlighting service.
