Hi everyone! I will be shutting down both my page for both personal and business. Jesus, Buddha, Martin Luther King Jr. and many other non-violent humans throughout history have taught to love all creatures even those you do not like, even those that have hurt you, and even those that cannot defend themselves. I love all of my friends, family and acquaintances on Facebook however, I am committed to investing all of my time and energy in things that further daily non-violence; and spend time with those that also want to do the same. I mostly just see violence here on Facebook and pictures of awesome things people are doing and adorable beautiful baby pictures, but there simply isn't enough time and mental energy to process all of that when children, adults, and animals are being harmed, or enslaved, and/or murdered in a variety of different ways and situations because, for most humans on earth it's not pleasant to know or look at the truth, it's not convenient due to our upbringing and appetites, or because we are just too tired from work and other responsibilities to even think about it; or often, because our egos and macho mentality will not allow for sensitive subjects to be acknowledged and discussed. I have been and will be devoting the rest of my life with whatever resources I have, to sensitive subjects. And hopefully before The Heavenly Father is done with me and it's time to return to our Earthly Mother the ego will be gone, and I will have accomplished a shred of good for my children's future and the future for all living beings that love their lives as much as I do. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The transition to a Plant Based Diet is not easy, and it takes time. It took 5 years to transition from Vegetarian to Vegan. God is patient however, He wants us to genuinely try to do what is right by always 'seeking the truth' not turning a blind eye. He will meet you half way and it's amazing the blessings that come when you ask for help, guidance, and make that effort.

The Dead Sea Scrolls prove Jesus was vegan and drank milk occasionally, as did his brother and parents. The milk came from animals that were naturally reproducing themselves, and were not confined or r***d to keep producing milk constantly.

Jesus and his family were healers and people came to Jesus for help with their diseases and ailments, those diseases and ailments were a result of eating animals, animal products, and stress caused by greed. All of which was being promoted and orchestrated by religious leaders in the temple. You can read about this in The Holy Bible, and what Jesus felt compelled to do eventually.

Some vegans are angry at what's happening, not the people themselves, because they used to be just as blind to the truth. It becomes frustrating when you have accomplished the transition and know that every second millions of animals are being slaughtered and eaten all around you.

I think it's maybe similar to trying to get loved ones to stop smoking or drinking or using drugs etc. You know that life can be so good without those habits, but addiction is strong and difficult to eliminate.

Vegan Carrot Birthday cake

Vegan Gingerbread: video is double recipe from the minimalist baker

1/4 cup organic flour
Mashed banana for Molasses
1/4 cup Almond butter
Vegan egg (ground flax seed and 2 tbls water)
1/4 organic cane sugar or less
1/4 cup organic vegan butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350
Combine sugar, almond butter, butter, flax egg, spices, salt
Mix well
Add mashed banana and mix
Add flour and mix more
Refrigerate for a few hours
Put dough on floured surface and knead
Roll pin it to desired thickness
Use cookie cutters if desired

Bake for 10-15 minutes

Enjoy animal free, cruelty free, slave free, and abuse free gingerbread!
