Upcoming Browser Changes for You and Your Customers

Starting this month, we will begin work to upgrade our technology systems to ensure maximum security for you and your customers online.

• Starting next Thursday, September 24, if you’re using an outdated internet browser (older versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.), you will see a pop-up on the YourAvon.com log-in screen asking you to update your browser for the best experience and security.
• If you see these prompts, please make sure you upgrade as soon as possible.
• Anyone who has not upgraded her browser by late December will not be able to log in to YourAvon.com or access the eStore.
• This applies to your customers as well! Make sure they have upgraded their browsers so they can continue to shop online with you.
• Look for a step-by-step guide to help you upgrade your browser next week.
