🎀 Breast cancer treatment may end… but recovery can continue long afterward.

After a lumpectomy, mastectomy, lymph-node surgery, reconstruction, chemotherapy or radiation, you may still notice changes in how your body feels and moves.

Some people experience:
• Tightness across the chest or underarm
• Decreased shoulder or arm movement
• Scar and tissue restrictions
• Cording or a pulling sensation through the underarm/arm
• Swelling or feelings of heaviness
• Fatigue
• Changes in sensation
• Difficulty getting back to everyday activities

These concerns deserve attention, too. 💗

With my background as both an Occupational Therapist and Massage Therapist, I look at more than where something hurts. I look at how treatment has affected movement, comfort and the everyday things you want to get back to doing.
