Today I had the pleasure of working with a client who speaks only Spanish, and while there was a language barrier, I refused to let that impact her comfort, safety, or results. I coordinated a translator so she could fully understand every step of the process: from consultation to aftercare.
Because this isn’t just about beauty… it’s about trust, clarity, and making every client feel seen, heard, and confident in the chair.
No matter the language, every client deserves the same level of care.
Another successful graduate of our 100-hour AAM PMU Fundamental Training! We dedicated time to consistent practice until it was time to bring those skills into a real-world setting. Every step of the process matters. Over the course of six days, our student worked on six live models, allowing her to apply both theory and hands-on practice in a practical environment. She did an incredible job!
She will now continue her journey as an apprentice, working under supervision until she becomes board certified.

There’s something deeply humbling about being able to use the gift in my hands as my life’s work.

✨AN INTRODUCTION ✨
I’m glad you’re here. I thought it would be, finally, the perfect time to introduce myself. You’ve been following me for a while and I’ve been hidden behind doors producing and capturing my work on my clients and showcasing their beautiful transformative moments through my permanent makeup services. All awhile I lost sight of what it really means to engage with you. While most of my clients follow me, and get a deeper scoop of who I am. I thought it would be the perfect time to finally let you in.
For one, my name is Néhémie Irene François- Kamara, Im 32 years old and I’m a wife to my best friend and a mother to four beautiful children. Im the youngest of three sisters, first generation,who’ve came from immigrant parents. 2017 I founded House of Beauty by François along with my two sisters, whom I’m glad to call my best friends. Today, I’m the principal artist at House of Beauty by François and American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM) Board certified Platinum Trainer of New Jersey; an accreditation that I’m extremely proud of.
I hold dual degrees in BS in Architecture & Design, BS Construction Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). I entered the construction industry in 2015, then shortly after the PMU industry in 2017. I obtained my PMU training through an industry leading academy by the name of Phi Brows from which is the baises of my artistry today. When I began my journey as a permanent makeup practitioner I was a project engineer at a large construction firm in NYC working in pharmaceuticals and underwater marine construction. After over six years in the construction management industry I knew it was time to focus on what matters to me most, my family and my business. In late 2021, I made the decision to resign from my position as a project manager to focus on my growing family and business. Almost a year later and no regrets just a whole lot of blessings 🙌🏾🙌🏾
