Alternative Therapy MD was never just about treatments.

It started with two sisters, two nurses, and two moms who spent years caring for patients in the ICU. We witnessed chronic disease, heartbreaking diagnoses, and the consequences of reactive healthcare every day.

It changed us.

We realized we didn't just want to help people when they were sick—we wanted to help them stay healthy.

We became passionate about preventive care, proactive healthcare, and helping people take control of their health before illness became their story.

So in 2017, with $300 from our savings account and a dream bigger than ourselves, Alternative Therapy MD was born.

What started as a tiny office has grown into a nurse-owned wellness clinic and an incredible team united by one mission: helping people optimize their health, feel confident, and live their best lives.

Whether it's hormone health, weight loss, wellness therapies, medical aesthetics, or health optimization, everything we do is rooted in education, prevention, and empowerment.
