1. Shave 24-48 hours prior to your session. Shorter hair will result in a more comfortable treatment with less discomfort.
2. Avoid intense sun exposure, tanning beds, and or tanning lotions 2-3 weeks before your session. Sunburnt skin is a contraindication to treatment as well as skin that has recently darkened with sun or artificially.
3. No plucking or waxing 6 weeks before laser! The hair needs to be attached at the root for the laser to properly target the follicle.
