I have clients come in every week, and when asked if they do any stretching, strengthening or mobility work they give me a nervous laugh and say "not as much as I should"... we all know what that really means! Haha! And I have those weeks too. Hell, I'm coming out of a month of not moving "as much as I should". More like at all!
I ran across this short video on my friend's page, and thought it was a perfect share for those who haven't been moving as much as they'd like, for those who dont want to lay on the ground, and those who want to feel a little better in their bodies.

Wow. 30 minutes in the sun to start my day felt great.

Trying to be more intentional with my mornings. My body said SUN and SORE this morning 😆 🤣 so out to the yard I went ☀️

I have a few last minute openings this week!

I will be out of town beginning of june so things are filling up quickly.
