If you've never met me, my name is Marissa and I own this little slice of massage space, Elevated Recovery.
I have been doing massage for about 5 years and hoping for many more!
My summer is a little slower, so it's the perfect time to jump on the schedule and add to your self-care routine.

I have clients come in every week, and when asked if they do any stretching, strengthening or mobility work they give me a nervous laugh and say "not as much as I should"... we all know what that really means! Haha! And I have those weeks too. Hell, I'm coming out of a month of not moving "as much as I should". More like at all!
I ran across this short video on my friend's page, and thought it was a perfect share for those who haven't been moving as much as they'd like, for those who dont want to lay on the ground, and those who want to feel a little better in their bodies.
