Yesterday I tried the infrared halotherapy sauna at the Zaniya Center in Chippewa Falls (courtesy of The Yoga Plant, thank you so much!) ✨ I loved that they had the little salt dome for your feet too!

My first experience with salt therapy was with my massage therapy classmates at a spa in Stillwater. I remember that day fondly! 🤍 My other experience was at the Luminary Wellness center in Eau Claire. They offered me a salt lamp dome to use during a meeting and when I say that was one of the best meetings that I’ve had… 👌🏻😍

Chair-massage can be a great introduction to massage and safe human touch, and also serves as a nice pick-me-up/tension reliever if you have a hard time making it in for an full hour table session. Sessions are usually 10-15 minutes and you’ll experience techniques like kneading and compression. We love the accessibility that chair massage can provide too!

Shout out and gratitude to Paul Lin Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine at Optima Health and Vitality Center for passing this massage chair on to me when I decided to go back to school! ✨ Go check out all of the wonderful offerings (and humans) that can be found in this office!!

Community baby shower 2023 = Success! 🤍 Great speakers, a variety of awesome vendors, raffle prizes, and a day to support + celebrate all of the parents-to-be. 👶🏼 It was a privilege to provide massage and hold space for relaxation there.
