Hi! I’m Caroline, the Lead Licensed Medical Aesthetician here at Level Wellness 💫

I’ve been in the beauty world for over a decade, originally providing bridal hair and makeup services before graduating from the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis Esthiology program in April 2020. That’s when my love for skincare truly took off. I followed my intuition (and a whole lot of passion) and opened Barstow Beauty Bar in November 2020. Even a pandemic couldn’t stop me from chasing that dream ✨

I owned and operated my business until relocating from Minnesota to Tennessee in August 2025, and while skincare is now my main focus, I still love creating bridal hair looks in the area (if you’re into textured curls and elevated updos, go follow ).

Here at Level Wellness, my absolute favorite skin service is the VI Peel 😍😍😍 A delicious peel that targets multiple concerns and delivers seriously impressive results.

I’m a rom-com lover through and through (my favorite movie is How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days), I believe in being authentically myself, and I’m passionate about helping enhance my clients’ natural beauty…not change it.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me cooking something cozy, hanging out with my Great Dane Beau, or eating sushi whenever possible. 🍣
