Although summer is meant to be fun, exciting, and spontaneous, it can feel like too much sometimes. So take a breather by setting a little time aside for some self-care.

This past weekend, I had the honor of attending a Reiki class that was wonderfully taught by hearth.reiki.healing

As you all should know, I will be moving locations this fall. With my move, I will be intentionally rebranding towards my business’ true self.

Facials will still be the forefront of my business. But behind every service and interaction will be creative, calm, relaxing, and healing energy.

Reiki allows me to protect my own energy + space, but it’s also a service I can provide for clients as well.

If you don’t know what Reiki is, it is a Japanese healing technique to promote healing + relaxation. It is amazing for your body, mind + soul—a philosophy I have already incorporated into many of my services.

This is what consistency looks like 😍

Before: before her first ever facial. Skincare routine consisted of just washing her face with a bar of soap.

What we did that day: V-Tox, a peptide-infused mask that lifts, tightens, and firms the skin.

After: after her second facial. Has been using the Youthplex cleanser, toner, and cream the last month to help plump + hydrate the skin.

What we did: Age With Grace Ritual—V-Tox + Carboxy. Carboxy is an oxygenating treatment that brightens the skin, smoothes texture, and plumps the skin.
