This beautiful comfrey grows strong in the Terravee garden and is used alongside homegrown calendula and plantain to create our Plantain Salve.

This customer favorite is great for bug bites, bee stings, scrapes, burns, and dry, irritated skin. A must have in your natural wellness cabinet!

✨ WILD RAMP SALT IS BACK ✨

One of my favorite little rituals each spring is heading into the woods to forage for wild ramps. There’s just something magical about those first pungent greens pushing up through the forest floor after a long Wisconsin winter. 🌿

Each year I make only a very small batch of my handcrafted Wild Ramp Salt using sustainably harvested ramps and coarse sea salt. And once it’s gone, it’s gone until next spring.

Ramps (also called wild leeks) have this incredible flavor somewhere between sweet onion and mild garlic, and combining with salt becomes the easiest way to add that fresh spring flavor to everyday meals.

Perfect on:

🍚 rice dishes
🥩 meats + fish
🥦 roasted veggies
…or honestly, just sprinkled on everything because it’s that good 😋

Coming at you from the Terravee Garden with a little summer update! ☀️

As you can see, my garden is a little bit of a mess right now 😅 but that is because it is getting a full overhaul and huge expansion this year!!

I am so excited to continue to grow some of my favorite herbs and ingredients for my creations, as well as add new plant friends to my garden (and offerings) this year!

Actually, our entire summer is filled with back yard projects, fun activities for the kiddos and
it’s a season I really want to spend soaking up time with my kids while they’re little and still want to hang out with me (which I know won’t last forever 💛).

That said, this will be my second summer taking a break from markets and leaning fully into growing herbs for the year ahead, foraging and spending time with my family.

So while you won’t see me at markets, I’m still very much here, still creating, and still making sure you’re taken care of.
