A Eau Claire beauty studio is making headlines after an investigation was reportedly launched following a growing number of client reports over the past several years. According to sources, investigators reviewed appointment records, interviewed multiple witnesses, and noticed an unusually consistent pattern connected to one local brow artist.
Sheila, was arrested and is pending charges for murdering peoples boring old brows and transforming them into something much more sinister: brows that don't need upkeep and don't smudge off in the heat.
While being taken into custody she allegedly commented on one of the officers brows suggesting she visit her salon once she's out free. 👮🤪
