Our team of skilled stylists are experts in hair extensions, custom coloring, and cutting, offering personalized services that cater to your individual style. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, we strive to ensure that every visit to moss. Whether you're craving a bold transformation or a subtle upgrade, our salon is the ultimate destination for all your hair care desires. and discover a world of beauty and confidence. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I request as much notice as possible. If you cancel/reschedule within the 48 hour mark, you will forfeit any deposit and be charged 50% of your services. NO SHOW POLICY If you no show your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of your missed appointment & will forfeit any deposit. It will be required to pay a rebooking fee to schedule your next appointment. LATE POLICY Guests who are late will need to be flexible about what can be offered during their time window. With a late start we may need to adjust your services. Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late will not be serviced & forfeit any deposit made.

make sure you download the app before your next appointment and give yourself a little wiggle room before your appointment to park/pay. there is also a free 15 minute slot directly across the street from moss if you need to pop in quick to buy product or ask any questions!
