Do you have an animal who is slowing down, moving stiffly, recovering from hard work, or simply deserving extra care? At Elite Performance Therapeutic Massage in Eau Claire, I provide therapeutic massage for animals of all shapes and sizes—including dogs, cats, horses, cattle, pigs, and other livestock. Just like people, animals can experience muscle soreness, joint stiffness, tension, and discomfort from age, activity, performance, daily movement, or life on the farm but do not always show it.

Animal massage is a gentle, holistic way to support comfort, mobility, circulation, relaxation, and overall well-being. Whether you have a senior dog, a hardworking horse, a show animal, a barn cat, cattle, pigs, or another beloved animal, my goal is to help them feel and move their best. Regular massage can be a valuable addition to veterinary and chiropractic care and may help improve quality of life for the animals who give us companionship, work, and joy.

I am excited to introduce Elite Performance Therapeutic Massage and share this unique service with animal owners in our community. If you are curious about how massage may benefit your dog, cat, horse, cattle, pigs, or livestock, I would love to connect and help your animals feel their best.

National Dog Day 🐾❤️

“Dogs have a way of filling our lives with an unconditional love that knows no limits and a bond that grows stronger with every moment we share. They comfort us when we need it, celebrate with us when we’re happy, and stand faithfully by our side through every chapter of life. They may have four paws and a wagging tail, but they hold a very special place in our hearts. Our dogs aren’t just pets—they are cherished members of our families, our companions, and truly some of life’s greatest gifts. Today, let’s celebrate the unconditional love, loyalty, and joy they bring into our lives every single day.”

🐶 Is your dog truly happy? ❤️

A happy dog isn't always the one with endless energy. In fact, some of the biggest signs of happiness are surprisingly simple:

🐾 They can relax and settle after play.
🐾 They're curious and enjoy exploring.
🐾 They like being close to you without being overly clingy.
🐾 They recover well after excitement or stressful moments.

✨ Try this tonight: Ask yourself...
✔️ Did my dog relax today?
✔️ Did they engage with their world?
✔️ Did they recover well after excitement?

If you answered "yes" to most of these, your pup is likely feeling safe, secure, and emotionally healthy. 💙

How many of these signs does your dog show? Tell us in the comments! 🐕👇

Seasonal shifts can totally change your dog’s behavior — more pulling, more barking, more zoomies, or more restlessness. It’s not “bad behavior”; it’s your dog reacting to changes in routine, weather, daylight, and new seasonal triggers.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬:
• 𝐀𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 so changes don’t feel chaotic
• 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, not the calendar
• 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (wildlife, decorations, storms, busy neighborhoods)
• 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 when outdoor time gets shorter or more chaotic
• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟑 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 to see what’s really driving the behavior

Small tweaks = a calmer, happier dog all year long.
