❄️ Weather Closure Policy Reminder ❄️

For the safety of our clients and staff, Bare follows Chippewa Falls School District closures. When the Chippewa Falls School District is closed due to weather or emergency conditions, Bare will also be closed for the day. This closure is automatic and applies to all scheduled appointments.

Clients are responsible for monitoring Chippewa Falls School District announcements. While Bare will send reminder texts when possible, all notifications are a courtesy and not guaranteed. Not receiving a text does not override this policy.

Clients are responsible for rescheduling their own appointments through the booking app once a closure is announced. Bare staff will not manually reschedule appointments affected by school-related closures.

Appointments impacted by an official school district closure will not be charged cancellation or no-show fees. However, Bare does not offer compensation, discounts, or priority rebooking due to weather-related closures. Weather-related cancellations that are not tied to an official district closure remain subject to our standard cancellation policy.

By booking an appointment with Bare, clients acknowledge and agree to this weather closure policy as stated when original appointment was booked.
