You guysss 🥹

I really am not one to brag about anything but this is truly such an honor 🥰 last year I got second place and this year first place for best stylist for your wedding day. I never ask for anyone to vote for me (I think this contest is kind of silly tbh) lol but to know I have a laugh people out there rooting for me fills up my heart so much!!

Wedding hair has always been my fav & when someone picks me to help them feel beautiful on one of the most important days of their lives it is such an honor and I feel so special 🥰 starting the day with wedding party energy is so much fun and I can’t wait to continue to serve the Chippewa valley with all my weddings I have booked this year!

I wanted to make this post to truly thank everyone that took the time out of your day to vote for me, thank you thank you thank you 🥹🫶🏼🥰

So happy to be here 🩷🩷 xoxo

Hi guys!! (Sorry for the brain dump!)

I am not super active on here lately, and want to thank my clients and everyone that has been so patient and given me grace in my lack of responding and even just forgetting to sometimes 🙃 my brain always seems to be in at least 1,000 places at once, I am sure many of you can relate! 😋

The end of the year is approaching and it has me reflecting on everything I’ve gone through and what I’ve learned. Losing a parent is not something anyone can ever be prepared for, especially when it’s unexpected and trying to learn & figure out the grieving process has been a fricken whirlwind. I try so hard to stay strong to support my loved ones but I am so broken inside. Through this hardship though, I have also learned that I have built such a strong community of “family” through my friends, coworkers, clients and even my Instagram friends that are technically still strangers. I cannot thank you guys enough for showing me so much love, patience & grace as I am still getting through this 🫶🏼

I’ve been learning to allow myself time to heal, rest, grieve, and to be okay with taking things slow. It’s so weird to explain but I’ve never felt so depressed and alone even though I am constantly surrounded by people. I spread myself so thin sometimes trying to help everyone else out and then my heart gets broken when they don’t accept the help or want it for themselves. I have to remember you can’t change people that don’t want the change for themselves.

Before this year I thought I had such a clear direction where I was going with my future and was working so hard to take the steps to reach all my goals & dreams. Now I’m feeling so uncertain and the future seems terrifying. Although I do feel like I keep getting little reminders that tell me I am on the right path, I am still scared for what’s ahead.

I am not looking for sympathy, I have a great support system 🥰 I just wanted to throw it out there it’s okay to not be okay, and remember to give yourself extra love & grace, & reach out to someone when you need a little extra love & support.

Love you guys 🫶🏼

K-TIP EXTENSIONS ✨

•These have a keratin-protein based tip with added silicone to act as a barrier to protect the natural hair when bonded around it
•This method is installed by placing the K-tip and natural hair together and bonding them using a fusion tool
•They can be customized by breaking them down into smaller pieces to better match the density of your hair
•They have full 360 degree mobility
•These will last about 3-4 months depending on length, density and how well they are taken care of
•This method is not reusable and will require new hair with every install

What questions do you have about extensions?! Comment below or feel free to DM me!

I hope all you babes have a lovely weekend! 😎

Making your ponytail dreams come true one set of extensions at a time 😇

One of the most frequently asked questions I get is if you can wear your hair up while having extensions in, and the answer is YES!

I honestly wear my hair up more than I wear it down and I like wearing it up so much better with my extensions in! Big, long ponytails and fat braids are my favvvv😍😍

What’s your favorite way to wear your extensions?!

Still obsessing over this beautiful extension transformation from a couple days ago! She is wearing 2 rows of 20 Bellami volume wefts!

This is a sewn in method that only needs to be tightened every 6-8 weeks and you can wear the hair for up to a year if you take really good care of it!

Is your current hair the hair of your dreams?? If not, let’s chat! ❤️ shoot me a dm with any questions you may have.

So glad we’ve had a couple sunny days lately!!☀️it literally kills me doing hair in the winter since it’s a rare occasion we get good natural lighting for photos.

Who else has been in a major funk lately?! I feel like January has been 9272 days long, thank goodness it’s over next week 🎉

I’m slowly starting to get back into a normal routine again. My routine includes meal prepping on the weekends, waking up early to get a workout in before work, drinking lots of water and remembering to take my vitamins every day and being in bed normally by 8pm cuz I’m a grandma 👵🏼

What are some things you make sure to make a routine of to make sure you’re feeling your best?! Share some with me below 💕

New hair, who dis?! ✨

This pretty girl was looking for a change, and decided to step a little out of her comfort zone and try something other than her usual blonde balayage. I’d say she made the right choice, she looks SO good as a red head! What do you guys think?!

You never know if you’re gonna like something til you try it, so just do it! @ Fringe Collective

This beautiful client has tried so many different things salons hoping to get some dimension WITHOUT being orangey/red or brassy.

Here’s the thing, we all know as hair stylists lightening hair is just removing pigment which brings out the underlying pigment. In dark hair that underlying pigment is red/orange.

The key to avoiding those highlights being brassy is to lift it lighter than your desired level, and then go a shade or two darker than your desired level with your toner and you won’t leave your client with brassy highlights! Lots of patience and starting with a low developer to ensure you won’t damage your clients hair is also super important!

Who else is obsessed with this gorgeous winter balayage?! Drop a ❤️ below if you agree 🥰🥰 @ Fringe Collective
