CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment, no fees will be applied. Less than 24-hour notice, the fee will be 50% of the service amount.
“No show” or for those who fail to call, 100% of the reserved service amount. For those needing to cancel an appointment that was made within 24 hours of service, the client must give notice at least 4 hours before the time of the appointment or 50% of the reserved service amount will be applied. Multiple services or combos* must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or the cancellation fee will be 100% of the reserved service amount.
