🚨 NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please respect my time and the time of other clients by arriving on time.

NO-SHOWS:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a NO-SHOW. The appointment will be canceled, and the client will be required to pay a $15 non-refundable deposit before booking any future appointment.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

REPEATED NO-SHOWS:
Clients with repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be refused future bookings.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited.
