Hi all! There was a post made in a Facebook group about Pristine Health today. The post detailed our poor service regarding answering phone calls and sending referrals. We were not aware this was an ongoing issue and are working to make sure we remedy these issues and any others ASAP. If you’ve ever had this problem with us, I sincerely apologize. Our goal is always to provide the best care possible whether that’s in the clinic or following through on calls, texts, referrals, etc. I’m so saddened that people have had this experience and we had no idea. We will work on our processes to ensure we get better. Again, I’m very sorry to anyone this has impacted.
