What a cool opportunity to work on some local heroes!

Hello Facebook! I just wanted to share an update about my journey.

It's been 90 days since I obtained my personal training certificate and challenged myself to reignite my dedication to disciplines that have brought me health and passion.

I'm down from 255lbs to 237lbs. No pills, no extreme workouts, and maybe I'm crazy for intermittent fasting and LCHF but they work for me, in all aspects of my life from physical to emotional.

After 8 years of keto, I got down to 215lbs from 350lbs. Then, in October, tragedy struck my family and it wasn't until May I was ready to begin again. I put back on 35lbs and to be honest, I was still mostly dedicated to keto, except every weekend was a cheat weekend for awhile.

Today, I'm proud of myself for never giving up, for always trying to be a better person, even if I fail.

All this to say, if I can, you can too, whatever your goal is. I would enjoy being by your side on your journey.
