One of my favorite topics is decade-specific skin strategy, because what makes sense at 28 can look very different from what makes sense at 48, and that's completely okay.
Skin naturally changes over time, and there are tools at every stage: neurotoxin, filler, Sculptra, Morpheus8, Halo, BBL, and medical-grade skincare that can be tailored to where you are right now.
There's no pressure and no timeline. Just options worth knowing about.
Want to explore what might make sense for your skin? Let's have a conversation at The Fitz.
All treatments are provided in compliance with state regulations and under physician supervision. Patients receive an individualized consultation with a licensed Nurse Practitioner prior to treatment. Content shared here is for educational purposes and does not replace a medical evaluation.
The best time to invest in your skin may have been years ago, but the next best time is today. Healthy, glowing skin isn't about perfection. It's about consistency, good habits, and treatments that support your long-term goals.

Every week there's a new ingredient going viral. The reality is that effective skincare usually isn't about using everything, it's about using the right things consistently.
At The Fitz, I use pharmaceutical-grade actives and can compound custom prescriptions that combine ingredients at therapeutic concentrations tailored to your specific concerns.
If your routine feels complicated but isn't delivering results, I'd love to help you simplify it.

Melasma is one of the conditions I'm most passionate about because it's so frequently misunderstood -- and because the right approach can make a real difference.
What makes melasma unique is that the melanocytes involved may be chronically overactive, often triggered by hormones, UV, heat, and even visible light. That's why we approach it with a combination of topical ingredients that target melanin production (often in compounded prescription formulas), carefully selected energy-based treatments, and consistent daily SPF.
If you've had a frustrating experience with pigmentation treatment, I'd love to take a fresh look at your skin and what might be possible.

One of my favorite parts of this job is helping people understand the why behind what we do.
There's so much misinformation out there about injectables, facial anatomy, and how treatments actually work. I love breaking it down in a way that's easy to understand so you can feel confident and informed before making any decisions.
A great injector isn't just treating your face... they're educating you along the way.
Have questions about injectables? Bring them to your next appointment. I'm always happy to talk through them.

Professional treatments can make a meaningful difference, and they tend to work best when supported by a strong daily routine at home.
The four foundations I come back to most are SPF, a retinoid, an antioxidant, and barrier support. These aren't new ideas, they're backed by decades of skin research.
At The Fitz, I use medical-grade skincare and can create compounded custom prescriptions tailored to your specific concerns, because no two skins are the same.

A question I get a lot in warmer months: "Should I pause my treatments for the summer?"
The answer depends on the treatment. Some more intensive procedures are often better timed for fall or winter to support the ideal healing environment. But neurotoxin, filler, BBL with diligent sun protection, and skincare optimization are all things we can often continue year-round.
Not sure what makes sense for your skin this summer? Let's build a plan together at The Fitz.

No question is too small when it comes to your skin. Whether you're curious about treatments, skincare, recovery, or where to start, I'm always happy to help make aesthetics feel a little less overwhelming.

Morpheus8 is one of the technologies I find most interesting to talk about because the science behind it is genuinely fascinating.
It combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered into the skin's deeper layers. Together, these may stimulate the skin's own collagen and elastin production, and may support changes in laxity and contour over time.
Because results can continue developing for several months, it's one of those treatments where patience is genuinely part of the protocol.
Curious whether Morpheus8 might be a good fit for your goals? Book a consult at The Fitz and let's talk through it.
