Soul Hair Design and Bella Voi have combined our 50+ years combined experience, creating Bella Soul! We are a 4 chair salon located in downtown Edmonds.
We offer hair color, haircuts, formal styling, facial waxing and more! Our hours vary to meet your needs. At this time of Covid, we can not allow walk-ins due to not being able to use our waiting area. Gloria, Andrea and Angela currently book their appointments independently. We have new art to be displayed at the salon coming soon. Our last artist, Ellen Busteed, has taken her work down. However, if your interested in her creations, she has a show at Parklane Gallery in downtown Kirkland running from September 6 - October 1. The reception will be held on Saturday September 9th from 5-7.
