In 2020, after having my son, I was not at my best. Postpartum depression hit me harder than I ever expected. On top of that, we were living through COVID… and accepting the reality of our new normal felt heavy. I was trying to be strong, trying to adjust, trying to hold it all together.. but inside, I felt lost.

My husband kept encouraging me to start something of my own. He saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself. But all I could think was… What do I even have to offer?

Then I discovered body sculpting.

And everything began to shift.

What started as curiosity turned into purpose. I realized I didn’t just want to change bodies, I wanted to change lives. Including my own. As I poured into my craft, I slowly started pouring back into myself. The depression that once felt suffocating began to loosen its grip. A new chapter was unfolding… and I could finally breathe again.

For five years, I hustled. I studied. I practiced. I showed up even when it wasn’t easy. I built my name, my reputation, and most importantly, relationships with some of the most beautiful souls. Women who trusted me. Women who believed in me. Women who took a chance on me.

And I will forever be grateful 💖

But above all… I’m grateful that I took a chance on myself.

Every day is not easy. Entrepreneurship isn’t for the weak. Motherhood isn’t for the weak. Growth isn’t for the weak. But it is always worth the fight.

Now, as I walk through my second pregnancy, I reflect on everything I’ve overcome to stand where I am today. The tears. The doubts. The prayers. The perseverance.

And I know with everything in me…

This is only the beginning of something even greater. 💕
