High Plains Wellness El Dorado

Hello everyone! Sorry we are late for posting this 30 Day Reset Challenge! You can start this challenge tomorrow, or sometime later on this week! :) Tag your friends, family, coworkers as an accountability partner for this month's challenge and share on Facebook!

Also comment down below with pictures to show you are completing this challenge! :)

Just a friendly reminder that we are closed on Monday, September 7th, 2026, for Labor Day! We will return to normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th! Happy Labor Day! :)

The Emporia office is hosting a step challenge … check it out 👀

What is the thing that you can try and do daily to help your health and wellness?

We had some people participate in recent step challenge and rocked it so we are going to be doing step challenges regularly to keep up accountability and success! Who doesn’t love a challenge to keep them accountable?!?

Did you know 🧠
Regular walking improves blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, inflammation, stress levels, sleep, and overall cardiovascular fitness.
Few interventions are safer, cheaper, and more effective.
Even 30 minutes most days of the week can significantly reduce heart attack risk. And walking with others makes it easier, more joyful, and more sustainable.
Let’s walk together!

Goal is 10,000 steps per day!
