Double Chocolate Raspberry Cake 🍰 (gluten free, low sugar and sooo good!!

Ingredients (serves 6)
Cooking Time: 45 minutes. Prep Time: 30 minutes.
* 1 package of Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta Gluten-Free Amore Mix
* 1/2 cup greek yogurt
* 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
* 2 large eggs
Raspberry Filling & Frostig
* 1 block of cream cheese
* 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
* 1/3 cup of melted white chocolate
* 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
* 1 cup of raspberries
Toppings
* Melted White Chocolate to decorate
* Fresh Raspberries

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf or round cake pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake.
3. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
4. Mix the ingredients for the marshmallow frosting. Fold in the graham cookies.
5. Let the cake cool, slice in half, add the filling, top with the left half and decorate with frosting and toppings. Enjoy!

Cherry Coconut Upside Down Cake💕 plant based and low sugar

Ingredients (serves 6)
* 1 cup of gluten-free flour
* 3/4 cup of oat flour
* 1 tsp of baking powder
* 1 tsp of baking soda
* 1/4 tsp of sea salt
* 1/2 cup coconut milk
* 2 tsp of vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup of Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil
* 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt
* 2/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
* 2 cup of cherries (without pit)
Coconut Frosting
* 1 cup of powdered monk fruit
* ½ cup of Nutiva Coconut Manna (room temperature)
* 2 tsp of vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp of coconut milk

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together coconut milk, vanilla extract, Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil, coconut yogurt, and granulated monk fruit until smooth.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until well blended.
5. Gently add the cherries in the bottom of the cake pan covered with waxed paper.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. For the frosting, beat powdered monk fruit, Nutiva Coconut Manna, vanilla, and coconut milk until smooth.
8. Allow the cake to cool, frost, and then garnish with coconut whipped cream and cherries before serving.

Ingredients (serves 10 truffles)
* 1 1/2 cup of gluten-free flour
* 1 cup of Nutiva Organic H**p Seeds
* 1/2 cup of plant based vanilla protein
* 1/3 cup of maple syrup
* 1/3 cup of Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil
* 1/4 of melted sugar-free dark chocolate chips
* 1 cup of freeze dried raspberries
Coating
* 1 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips
* 1 tbsp of Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil
* 2 tbsp of crushed freeze dried raspberries
* 1 tbsp of pistachios
* Sea Salt Flakes

Instructions
1. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients for the truffles except for the freeze dried raspberries.
2. Add in wet ingredients and incorporate well, mix in the raspberries.
3. Create 10 golf ball size truffles and refrigerate for a few minutes.
4. Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil using the Bain Mary method in the microwave.
5. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and top with sea salt flakes, pistacios & crushed raspberries.
6. Refrigerate for a few minutes and enjoy!

Anything red velvet and cookies🫰🏼🍪💕 (low carb and high protein)

Ingredients (Makes 8 large Cookies)
* Cookies:
* 1 2/3 cups of low carb flour
* 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
* 1/2 tsp of baking salt
* 1 tsp of baking soda
* 1 tsp of baking powder
* 2/3 cup of granulated monk fruit
* 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
* 1 tbsp of natural red food coloring
* 3/4 cup of cashew butter
* 2 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
* 2 whole eggs
* Mix Ins
* 1 bag of Crisp Powder Protein Pretzels in Sea Salt
* 2/3 cup of valentine’s day m&m’s
* 1/3 cup of toasted peanuts
* Sea Salt Flakes (for topping)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients for the cookies.
3. Mix in the nut butter, eggs, food coloring vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth.
4. Add in the mix in ingredients.
5. Pinch the dough, shape the dough into large cookies, place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 13-14 minutes until the edges turn slightly golden and cookies appear chewy inside.

* 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
* 1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
* 1 whole egg
* 1 egg yolk
* 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
* 2/3 cup of cacao nut butter
Mix ins
* 1 chopped organic chocolate bar
* 1/2 cup of dye-free sprinkles
* 1/3 cup of roasted peanuts

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and incorporate well.
3. Add in the mix-in ingredients and stir well.
