What is health?
Woah! That's a hard word to define. For some, it's being physically fit. But how many people have we seen that look fit but are not truly healthy. The WHO defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
Take a moment to absorb those words. There are not many instances where our mental and social well-being comes to mind when we think of being healthy.
Let's talk about how we can make our way to ideal health by following the 4 cornerstones of good health. Our health, like a table, needs four strong and sturdy legs as its foundation to withstand any stress that is placed on it.
Lets learn a little about each of them over the next couple of days.

I have been wanting to do something very different with this account. During my time in my Herbal Studies, I came to the realization that our community is not educated in herbal medicine. Setting up shop at local markets confirmed my thoughts that people do not actively seek out herbal supplements due to lack of accessible information. Too many times we look to Pinterest, google or our peers for information. However, is the information truly correct? That is the direction I want to take this page and my business. I want to provide true information, backed by scientific studies about herbs, diseases, their causes, therapeutic considerations, diets, and supplements.
I will still be offering my custom herbal products as well as what we started this journey with ; SEAMOSS and ELDERBERRY SYRUP. But most importantly, I will offer TONS of information.
