Numb or Tingling Hands? Try These Nerve Mobilizations ✨ ⚡️ The median, radial, and ulnar nerves control sensation and movement in the hand, but can become irritated by things like disc injuries, spasms, or carpal tunnel. Mobilize Each Nerve: 1️⃣ Median Nerve (thumb to middle finger): Arm out to side, palm up. Bend wrist until you feel tension, hold 1 second, then bend elbow and reset. Add a head tilt as you progress. 2️⃣ Ulnar Nerve (ring and pinky fingers): Arm out, bend elbow, turn hand toward head (waiter’s carry) until you feel tension. Hold 1 second, then relax and reset. 3️⃣ Radial Nerve (back of hand): Bend wrist, twist arm so thumb faces back, raise arm until tension is felt. Hold 1 second, relax, and reset. ⚡️ Keep it gentle, with no sustained holds. Try 10-15 reps for each, noticing any improvement as you go.
