Having a blast and keeping it fun. We will be open today from 11am till 6pm. We will be delivering backpacks today that we are donating to local schools. There is so much need in our community. Well to finish up the day. Finished work about 9pm. Then went on a 2.65 mile walk. Since I was going to be working late they brought me spicy nuggets and chili from Wendy’s. I put in another slide the calories and macros. Sometimes with my work and meetings I have to eat something quick I will show you some hacks I have found that help me with keeping on track. Now time to stretch and wind down so I can rest and do it all again tomorrow. I also added a slide to show how I track my intermittent fasting
