Another trip around the sun.

I was fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday in Cancun this year with a great group of friends. We had 18 people, five birthdays to celebrate, a few days in the sun, and plenty of good memories made along the way.

I spend a lot of my life in the operating room, so getting away, slowing down, and spending time with people I enjoy is something I appreciate more and more.

Thank you to everyone who made the trip, celebrated with me, and sent birthday wishes. It was a good one.
