I am necessitated to bring this issue to attention due to unforeseen circumstances. Last-minute cancellations, especially within an hour of the scheduled appointment, are highly unpreferred. Given the exclusive nature of my private hair studio, where time is allocated specifically for each client to ensure superior service, the constraints on my schedule and its value are substantial.
