Attention, ATTENTION; clients, employees, and visitors. We have been and will continue to ask that you wear a mask when entering and having services at The Nail Company. This is an El Paso City official directive. Please avoid the embarrassment and the trouble of someone asking you to put your mask on. As of right now it is what is keeping you and us healthy. I am not interested in being fined $500.00. If you refuse to wear a mask we will refuse service and ask you to leave. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Good evening clients, family, and friends;

We have received an abundance of calls and text from many of our clients after Governor Abbot’s announcement about salons reopening. This is great news, however we are still awaiting information release by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations TDLR.
We are creating a protocol which will assure your health and safety aswell as ours. Our hair stylist will be wearing face masks and face shields when needed. At our nail stations we will have an acrylic barrier between you and your nail artist. Most of our staff have taken sanitation classes with Lucas-Cide to insure that we are a Safe Space Certified with Lucas-Cide. We will also be signing a contract with Texas Environmental Blast, this company will be coming in periodically to disinfect the High-Touch surfaces and areas in the salon. We will also be disinfecting our stations before and after each client.

We have also decided that we will ONLY permit ONE client in the salon per stylist/artist at a time. We kindly ask that if your child doesn’t have an appointment please don’t bring them with you. We don’t want to put your child at risk of contracting the virus. This will limit our schedule in some instances but it’s for the well being of our work environment and everyone’s health. We ask that you wear a mask to your appointment and the duration of your service. We are planning to check each clients temperature as they walk in as well as the employees before they begin their work day. For the safety of everyone in the salon, if your temperature is above 100.4 (as per CDC regulation) we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

We will be announcing our re-opening as soon as we get word from TDLR. Thank you for your preference and support. We are excited to see you all very soon. God bless you all and stay safe.

In light of the Corona COVID-19 virus’s impact to our community. We are taking all preventive measures to assure the safety, health, and well-being of our clients.

We are required by law, that all implements and tools used for nails, pedicures, hair, services are and must be sanitized and sterilized by the use of a UV sterilizer and/or autoclave. This process will NOT ever change. This practice is something that we have always practiced and will continue to do so.

Our salon will remain open unless the city or government officials ask us to close. We value YOU as a client and want you to know that we are doing our very best to keep you safe and healthy.

In efforts to offer you a clean and healthy environment. We ask that you help us by taking these extra precautions; if you are sick, please RE-SCHEDULE your appointment, as a common courtesy to us and other clients. We also ask for you not to bring extra people with you to your appointment. Unless they have a scheduled service with one of our hair or nail artist.

We look forward to attending your salon needs. As always rest assured we are doing our due diligence to make sure you are in a clean environment.

We also ask that you please wash your hands often. It all starts with us individually, in doing so we keep ourselves and the people we come in contact healthy.
