Hi El Paso and Las Cruces Massage Therapists!
I just wanted to share my 2027 Continuing Education schedule.

I also wanted to give a quick reminder that I have one spot remaining in my Lymphatic Massage for Detoxification class next month (Oct 13-14), and I also have a 1 day, 7 CE Nurturing the Belly Visceral Abdominal Massage class scheduled for December 8.

Quite a few reached out to me because they were interested in the lymphatic class but aren't able to make the October dates, so I decided to offer it twice in 2027, once in the spring and again the the fall. Hopefully that gives everyone a little more flexibility.

If you're interested in any of the classes or have question about the course content, registration, or payment options, just click the link or scan the QR code.
Feel free to message me directly as well, (915)202-3781 or [email protected].

25 years ago today, I was18 years old, sitting in a classroom at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, going through AIT Combat Medic school. We were the last 91B class before it became 91W and eventually 68W.

Our instructor came into the room and announced that terrorists had attacked the World Trade Center. Turned on the TV just as the first tower collapsed.

I remember sitting there, not really knowing what to think or how to process what we had just been told and seen. I looked over at my friend and battle buddy Craig , who was prior service, and he had the same astonished look on his face.

I think we both understood what it meant. I think I even reached over and held his hand.

I knew right then that my military career was about to be very different from what I had imagined. I knew our country was going to war. None of us could have known just how much that day would shape the years that followed.

Twenty-five years have passed, and I can still remember that moment like it was yesterday, the classroom, where I was sitting, the look on my friend's face, and the realization of what was coming.

For so many of us who served during the years that followed, September 11 wasn't simply something we watched happen. It became part of the story of our military service and, ultimately, part of who we became.

Never forget. 🇺🇸

I have this new client who made the trip back to Texas for his massage 😅 🇳🇴⚽

Erling Haaland or you ever find yourself in El Paso, contact me to make an appointment 😅

📚 The kids are back in school... now it's YOUR turn! 💆‍♀️

You survived the summer! ☀️

Between the carpools, the endless snacks, the summer activities, and keeping those adorable little feral children entertained, you've been taking care of everyone else.

Now it's time to take care of you.

I have a few massage appointments available this week and next week, and I'd love to help you unwind, relieve those aching muscles, and send you back into the school year feeling refreshed.

✨ You deserve an hour (or maybe even 90 minutes) of peace and relaxation.

📞 Call or text (915) 202-3781 to schedule your appointment.

I wanted to let everyone know that I will be unavailable for massage appointments from June 26 through July 13. During this time, I will be spending some much needed time with family and traveling to attend my son's OSUT graduation at Fort Benning.

I will return to the office and begin seeing clients again on July 14.

If you would like to schedule an appointment before I leave or reserve a spot after I return, please reach out soon, as my schedule may fill quickly.

Thank you all for your continued support, understanding, and trust. I appreciate each of you and look forward to returning refreshed and ready to help you feel your best.
